Preparing for a New Program / Degree / Major
On this page you will find all the forms necessary to propose a new
program/ degree / major at UNLV.
All forms must be submitted in Microsoft Word, except for the spreadsheets.
See the New Program Proposal Process and Flow Chart for detailed information.
The first step is to complete the New Program Pre-Proposal Review Form and obtain approval.
The full proposal process requires the following forms:

Resource Analysis Forms A, B, and C
Board of Regents Program Proposal Form
Memo from the Dean (see Coversheet for details)
