Awards and Recognition

UNLV and the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) Board of Regents recognize the achievements of faculty in teaching, research/creative activity, and service with a number of awards each year; as well as those achievements of undergraduate and graduate advisors and undergraduate and graduate scholars. The following awards are coordinated by the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost and the Division of Research and Graduate Studies. In addition, most academic colleges/schools have their own awards to honor faculty, staff, and/or student achievements. Please watch for other award opportunity announcements.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND PROVOST

The Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost is responsible for the following awards. For each of the awards you can download the "Call for Nominations," which include the criteria, deadlines, and general information. For the awards that require a specific form and/or checklist, the links for those will be right under the award listing.
