Town Hall Meetings

The UNLV campus community is invited to participate in the Town Hall Meetings about the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) reaccreditation process. The UNLV’s decennial evaluation will culminate in a visit by the NWCCU Accreditation Team in April 2010.

Nine committees have been working on a draft of the narrative for each of the accreditation standards. These reports are available at:
http://provost.unlv.edu/nwccu/self-reports/standard-drafts.html

Each committee will present an overview of their report, sources of the data used, and some of the insights gained regarding the strengths and challenges of UNLV. There will be time for questions and answers after each presentation.

The Town Hall Meetings will give you an opportunity to become more aware of the accreditation process and to comment on points of interest in each standard.
